My name is Jim and I am an alcoholic! I admit that I am powerless over alcohol and my life became unmanageable. (This is AA Step 1)
I came to believe that a Power greater than myself could restore me to sanity. (This is Step 2)
I made a decision to turn my will and life over to the care of God, as I understood Him. (This is Step 3)
Thus, the journey to sobriety began, leaving me too blessed to be stressed.
These guidelines, taken from the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, are more than a guide. They are the beginnings of an entirely new way of life.
If you decide that you, too, are sick and tired of being sick and tired, you have come to the right place.
In following articles, we will be explaining how we changed from feeling lower than a snake belly to being Happy, Joyous, and Free! And hopefully even more so! Thank you, God!
