Flint is annually ranked at or near the top of the list of most impoverished cities with overwhelming criminal violence. St Andrews is in the most impoverished area of this city. He has worked in inner-city parishes throughout the United States. St Andrews is a “safe haven” in this area filling the bellies and souls from his very successful soup kitchen.
